RAWALPINDI (Dunya News) – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif inspected ongoing military exercises in Jhelum on Thursday while Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) stated that theexercises are being held to analyse practical strategies to repel enemy attack, reported Dunya News.
Artillery, combat aviation and Pakistan Air Force (PAF) also participated in the exercises. Army Chief expressed satisfaction over Pak Army’s professional preparedness for battle. He also praised the expertise and skills of soldiers and officers who participated in the exercises.
Corps Commander Lieutenant General Ikram-ul-Haq from 30 Corps welcomed Army Chief during his arrival at Jhelum.
