KARACHI: The Counter-Terrorism Department (CTD) Friday apprehended two ‘most wanted terrorists’ from Orangi Town in Karachi, ARY News reported.
The law enforcers conducted a raid in Orangi Town on an intelligence tip-off and arrested Noor Wali and Noor Khan, officials said. The suspects were said to be linked with outlawed Tehreek-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) Sajna group.
They allegedly funded terrorism activities by committing robberies at different places including money exchanges in the megapolis.
Officials further said that several accomplices of the arrested suspects have fled to Dubai, for the arrest of whom the authorities are in touch with the Interpol.
