Three youth were arrested and taken to an unknown destination after government forces launched a search operation in Central Kashmir’s Budgam district on Friday.
Police sources said after receiving inputs about the presence of militants in Dharmona Soibugh, Army form 2 RR and Special Operation Group men cordoned off the area and launched a combing operation.
Sources said that after door-to-door search three youth Niyaz Ahmed Khan, Muhammad Rayees Khan and Shabir Ahmed Dhobi were detained on suspicion.
The family members of one the detained youth said they don’t know why they were arrested and where they were taken.
