President Dr. Arif Alvi on Thursday said that martyred Kashmir Hurriyat pioneer Syed Ali Gilani was and will stay a symbol of the Kashmiri battle for self-assurance.
“His unfaltering obligation to the reason for opportunity and equity will be a clarion call for Azadi for a long time into the future,” the President said in a message on the event of the principal passing commemoration of Syed Ali Gilani.
He said, “Pakistan joins the Kashmiris on the two sides of the Line of Control (LoC) in honoring famous Kashmiri Hurriyat pioneer Syed Ali Gilani on the primary commemoration of his affliction, today.”
“We honor the respectable soul and the genuine legend, presently deified as a withstanding image of boldness and courage notwithstanding ruthless abuse and unspeakable difficulty,” he added.
The President said that Syed Ali Gilani’s resolute obligation to the Kashmir cause, even with tireless oppression and gigantic individual difficulty, was unrivaled.
“He will be associated with his genuine love for Kashmir and Pakistan and his inheritance would keep on motivating those conveying his main goal forward to stop the unlawful Indian control of the Jammu and Kashmir,” he added.
“His incredible opposition and battle against the most awful Indian mistreatment and barbarities, and his long lasting battle for the right to self-assurance, as indicated by the United Nations Security Council’s Resolutions and the yearnings of the Kashmiri public, would keep on moving the ages of Kashmiris,” the President kept up with.
