According to a release, flyadeal, a low-cost subsidiary of Saudia airline, will purchase 12 A320neo and 39 A321neo aircraft, while the former would receive 54 A321neo aircraft.
A different statement from the Future Aviation Forum, the convention in the Saudi capital of Riyadh where the contract was announced, states that the deal is valued at $19 billion. “This historic agreement includes 105 confirmed aircraft and represents a momentous occasion for the MENA region as a whole, as well as the Saudi aviation industry,” the Saudi statement read.
