KASUR: According to the police, a woman was found on Sunday after a combined operation by the Punjab and Sindh police was carried out in the riverine area of the Kashmore district.
Four days ago, the woman was abducted from the Kasur district’s Phoolnagar neighborhood. Afterwards, in the Sindhi katcha region, she was given up to bandits.
Officer Tariq Aziz of the Kasur District Police organized a special team to retrieve the woman after the incident.
The victim’s whereabouts was tracked down to Kashmore using cellular data and other methods, according to the Kasur police. The Sindh police were then notified, and a cooperative effort resulted in the victim’s recovery.
Afterwards, the woman was given to the family.
Separately, a boy who had been abducted a few days prior was found by Sarai Mughal police.
A seminary student, the child was abducted by unidentified assailants from Baloki hamlet, around 65 kilometers west of Kasur city, according to the police.
