MUZAFFARABAD/ISLAMABAD: During an extraordinary meeting that took place here on Sunday, Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) President Barrister Sultan Mahmood Chaudhry and AJK Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Khan in-depth discussed topics of mutual interest.
In addition to discussing administrative and political issues, the two agreed to intensify efforts to raise the Kashmir issue vigorously on a global scale and expose Indian troops’ brutal treatment of Kashmiris in the illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJ&K). During the meeting, the president and prime minister discussed the possibility of allocating specific seats in the AJK Legislative Assembly to occupied Kashmir.
