INDIAN Prime Minister Narendra Modi was caught on a flyover for 20 minutes by dissidents in East Punjab on Wednesday in the thing was being portrayed as a security pass, as per BBC.
Mr Modi was headed to a dedication in the northern state when the course was obstructed by fighting ranchers.
They were requesting the renunciation of a pastor whose child has been blamed over the passings for ranchers.
