ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif said on Monday that conspiracies against his government have always been present and continue to do so, but they will not be able to impact the government’s agenda for development.
The PM was addressing party workers in Lahore, where he said that the journey toward development would not stop.
“We are not afraid of accountability, have been held accountable in the past too and currently facing accountability as well,” he said.
“We don’t know about the agenda of the enemies,” he said.
The economic indicators are going up, said the premier adding that work on Karachi and Gwadar port is going on.
“A lot of sessions have been held in closed rooms, now we are in front of the public,” said Sharif.
Earlier, the Premier chaired a high-level session, which was attended by provincial ministers, officials, and Chief Minister Punjab Shehbaz Sharif.
