RAWALPINDI: Indian security forces once again resorted to unprovoked firing at the Line of Control near Bhimber sector, the Inter-service Public Relation (ISPR) said.
Pakistan army gave a befitting response to the Indian agression, the ISPR added.
No loss of lives has been reported so far, it added.
On Sunday, seven Pakistani soldiers embraced martyrdom after Indian forces carried out unprovoked firing at LoC, Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif on Wednesday dared Indian military to tell its casualties, saying that Pakistan Army killed 11 Indian troops in return for its seven martyrs.
During an informal conversation with media in Islamabad, he said that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has now understood Pakistan’s stance that aggression across Line LoC was useless.
