ISLAMABAD: PML-N Member of the National Assembly Daniyal Aziz on Monday said India had been using different tactics to sabotage the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC) project.
Talking to a private news channel, he said India was frustrated because its policies regarding Afghanistan had failed and that was why it was leveling baseless allegations against Pakistan.
He said Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) was defeated in Gilgit- Baltistan and Azad Kashmir general elections, by-polls, local government and cantonment elections.
Daniyal Aziz said PTI chief Imran Khan was pursuing politics of agitation to create anarchy in the country and using derogatory language.
He said Imran first gave statements and then sought an apology from the nation over his misstatements like ’35 punctures’ issue.
He said the PTI was going to split because of Imran’s ‘negative politics’ as many party leaders had quit the party. Even allies like PPP, PML-Q, PAT and others had refused to join his movement, he added.
