Charity organizations operating in the territory say that at least 20 relief workers were murdered by Israeli airstrikes on Gaza between October 10 and November 13.
The organizations said in a new study, as reported by Al Jazeera, “Staff were killed in their homes, in displacement camps, and while delivering life-saving aid.”
“A lot of aid workers lost close relatives and family members.”
Among them are four engineers and employees of an Oxfam partner who were slain on October 19 while traveling to Khuza’a, east of Khan Younis, to fix water infrastructure.
According to the report, “their clearly-marked vehicle was attacked despite prior coordination with Israeli authorities.”
