LARKANA: On Monday, in the village of Ghulam Rasool Magsi, which is within the jurisdiction of the Mirokhan police station, a man is reported to have shot his sister dead after killing her regular visitor.
Abdul Waheed Magsi killed Mohammed Mithal Chandio, 22, on an agricultural field, according to the police. He then went back to his house and shot his 20-year-old sister Peerani Magsi “for honor.”
The police added that even though the suspect got out of the area, they were still searching for him.
The woman’s body was moved to the DHQ Qambar for a postmortem examination before the two were given to her heirs by the police, who had taken the two remains to the Mirokhan Taluka Hospital.
According to sources, the woman’s body had to be transported to the Qambar DHQ since the Mirokhan Taluka Hospital did not have a female doctor on staff to do an autopsy on the woman’s body.
