The International Cricket Council (ICC) has declared the award cash for the impending men’s T20 World Cup, booked to begin October 16.
The title victors this season will bring back home an incredible US$1.6 million while the other participants will win a portion of how much the title champs’ award, which is $800,000, an assertion gave by the ICC said
“The ICC declared that the triumphant side at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2022 in Melbourne on November 13 would get prize cash of $1.6 million, with the other participants ensured a portion of the sum.”
Toward the finish of the 16-group competition that runs for almost a month, the terrible semi-finalists will each get $400,000 from the $5.6 million complete award pool.
The eight groups who exit at the Very 12 phase will get $70,000 each.
Like last year at the ICC Men’s T20 World Cup 2021, a success in every one of the 30 games in the Very 12 stage will be valued at $40,000.
The eight groups that made it straightforwardly to the Very 12 stage are Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Britain, India, New Zealand, Pakistan and South Africa.
The other eight groups — Namibia, Sri Lanka, Netherlands, UAE in Gathering An and West Indies, Scotland, Ireland and Zimbabwe in Gathering B — are parted into two gatherings of four and will play the primary round.
The award cash of $40,000 will be granted to every champ in the main round, with the 12 matches adding up to $480,000.
In the mean time, the four groups took out in the primary round will get $40,000 each.
