Shahid Afridi was involved in a friendly chat with his fans on his official Facebook page, on which he gave his views on many topics. While Afridi was cheeky enough to assert that he is more dangerous than Indian stars Yuvraj Singh and Virat Kohli, he also said that India and Pakistan should resume their cricket ties. Afridi was frank and honest, but still got trolled by some who had fun during the online chat. Afridi had written that he was online for about 30 minutes and will be answering the questions posted by fans, and one of the people in his fan base made fun about the time that he used to spend on the crease.
Afridi has always been the best of the flashy batsmen, but he isn’t known for batting for long. Afridi would come in, dazzle with his strokes all over the park and would be back in the hut soon
Afridi played only 27 Tests despite making his debut back in 1998. He was already on the international scene with his 37-ball 102 versus Sri Lanka in Nairobi in 1996, and Afridi held the record of scoring the fastest One-Day International (ODI) ton for about 17 years.
On Monday, when Afridi posted about having a time frame of 30 minutes to have a discussion with his fans, one of them joked whether the aggressive cricketer would ever spend as much time in the middle.
