LAHORE – Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif visited Corps Headquarters here in Lahore on Monday.
According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), the army chief was given detailed briefing on professional matters and operational preparedness.
He also addressed the Garrison officers and told them to focus on internal and external security situation in the country and ongoing operation Zarb-e-Azb, intelligence-based operations and their effects on law and order situation in urban centres.
Earlier, upon his arrival, General Sharif was received by Lahore Corps Commander Lieutenant General Naveed Zaman.
