KARACHI: Briton Amir Khan has pledged to come to Pakistan to train the local boxers himself while talking to the reporters on Monday.
Amir, who is on a visit to Pakistan with his family, said that he is ready to train Pakistani boxers in England if they want to visit his Amir Khan academy there.
The 28-year-old said that Pakistan only lacks facilities while the boxing talent is there.
He further said that he got a lot of love from the Pakistan fans and he was happy to receive such support from the nation.

Amir’s father also pointed out an issue and said that there were two parties handling boxing affairs and if they could work out a solution, they are ready to accept boxers in their academy in England.
Earlier, Amir landed in Lahore on Friday with his wife and daughter on a three to four day tour of Pakistan.
While talking to the media, he said he has brought his wife and daughter to Pakistan for the very first time and they are really happy to be here.
Current World Boxing Council Silver Welterweight champion said that he will meet the Pakistani boxers and also share his experiences with them.
Recently, Amir Khan is trying to get a fight with pound-for-pound unbeaten boxer Floyd Maywearther Jr. Amir is optimistic that the undefeated champion will give him a chance to meet him in the ring soon.
