SYDNEY – An Australian based Pakistani teenage prodigy Aneela Khangru made headlines when the global publishing house Amazon purchased the rights to her book. A native of Rotto Dero, Larkana district of Sindh, the 12-year-old, drew widespread acclaim for being the youngest Pakistani author whose work has drawn global attention.
Khangru is considered to be the youngest Pakistani author to have won global acclaim. Her fictional work tells a sensational story about a girl on an adventure with her friends.
Sharing her success, Khangru attributed her success to her reading habits that have enriched her knowledge on a wide range of topics. She encouraged other to become avid readers.
