On Wednesday, a First Information Report (FIR) was filed against Hamad Gul, a private security guard, who is suspected of shooting and killing Saad Ahmed, a YouTuber, the day before in North Nazimabad, Karachi, close to Serena Mobile Market.
The YouTuber was at the cellphone market with his buddies filming a video about the impending match between Pakistan and India, according to the FIR, a copy of which can be found on Dawn.com.
The Pakistan Penal Code’s sections 302 (premeditated murder), 322 (manslaughter), and 34 (common intention) were cited in the FIR, which was written in response to the father of the deceased vlogger’s complaint.
According to the FIR, Saad and his companion had spoken with Gul before contacting him; one of Saad’s pals had obtained Gul’s permission to be interviewed.
According to the FIR, Gul shot Saad with his gun as he was taking out his phone to record.
Saad was reported to have fallen to the ground after the gunshot struck him in the right side of his chest.
After being transported by his friends to Abbasi Shaheed Hospital, the victim passed away there.
