NAWABSHAH: On Thursday, a coach that was traveling too fast on the National Highway close to Qazi Ahmed overturned, injuring more than 20 passengers.
The wounded, including women and children, were sent to the Qazi Ahmed Taluka Hospital for medical attention.
Five passengers’ conditions were critical, according to a Motorway Police official.
Another accident happened on Thursday at Khair Shah stop near Nawabshah. A courier company’s van crashed with an oil tanker, injuring four persons.
The crash injured two people in addition to tanker driver Ghulam Ali Majidano and courier company employee Mohammed Bilal. The injured were taken to the hospital owned by Peoples Medical University.
