As the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) ended their months-long ceasefire with Pakistan, a high-level delegation led by State Minister for Foreign Affairs Hina Rabbani Khar went to Kabul on November 29 to meet with Afghanistan’s Foreign Minister Amir Khan Mutaqqi.
During her visit, Khar and Amir Khan Mutaqqi discussed important bilateral issues, particularly political consultations between the two governments.
As per an Unfamiliar Office proclamation, Hina Rabbani Khar held political interviews with Amir Khan Muttaqi.
“A variety of bilateral issues of mutual interest were discussed, including cooperation in education, health, trade and investment, regional connectivity, people-to-people contacts, and socioeconomic projects.”
