SRINAGAR: Indian powers gave dead a regular citizen in involved Kashmir on Sunday, inhabitants said, as specialists fixed security across the contested domain for a little while by an Indian pastor.
The person in question, a milk dealer in the southern Kashmir Valley, is the twelfth regular citizen killed by security powers or nearby contenders this month as assaults expand in the Himalayan locale.
