Speaking in a seminar on the sidelines of 34th session of united nations human rights council titled “Impunity in conflict areas” Khurram Pervez via Skype described the lawlessness and miscarriage of justice in Indian Occupied Kashmir. He reffered to massive concentration of armed forces deployed in the state and pointed out the failure of the judicial system and the adminstration to bring the perpertrators of mass rape in KunanposhPora to justice. He said the Indian armed forces also did not cooperate the process of investigation and thus no justice was forthcoming even for the victims mass rape committed in 1991.
