ISLAMABAD: Adviser to Prime Minister Sartaj Aziz has said that there were no differences between the army and the civilian government regarding the counter-terrorism policy and said that both are on the same page.
Talking to BBC, he said that All Parties’ Conference has been postponed as the government needed some more time and now it will be held before the end of the current month.
He said that the counter-terrorism strategy will be finalized by the end of July.
In response to a question that with the Nawaz government has hinted at talks with militants but with whom he will hold talks, Sartaj Aziz said that it is the theme of the All Parties’ Conference and it will be decided that who will talk and to whom.
