Father of Hurriyat (G) leader Nayeem Khan passes away
The deceased was an associate of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) founder Maqbool Bhat.
Ghulam Muhammad Khan, the father of National Front chairman and senior Hurriyat (G) leader Nayeem Ahmad Khan passed away on Wednesday.
He was 83.
The deceased, fondly called Papaji, was an associate of Jammu and Kashmir Liberation Front (JKLF) founder Maqbool Bhat.
He was jailed for the first time in 1973.
The funeral prayers of the deceased would be offered at their ancestral graveyard in Pathanpora, Khore area of Pattan in north Kashmir’s Baramulla district.
