KOTLI: Indian forces continued unprovoked firing and shelling across the Line of Control in Kotli area of Azad Kashmir on Wednesday.
A Pakistan Army soldier was martyred in cross border firing on Tuesday, a few days after Indian Home Minister Rajnath Singh assured a visiting Pakistani delegation that India would not fire a first bullet across the disputed Kashmir border.
According to reports, Indian forces continued shelling and firing across the border Batal Sector on Azad Kashmir in Kotli area early on Wednesday. Pakistani forces are said to have given befitting response to the unprovoked Indian aggression.
More than 25 Pakistanis have lost their lives in incidents of cross-border firing by India in the past three months.
