KARACHI: At least 42 suspects were detained by Sindh Rangers during raids in different areas of Karachi, Samaa reported Thursday.
According to Rangers spokesperson, the paramilitary forces held the suspects from Azizabad, Bhangoria Goth, Akhter Colony and other areas of the city.
“Rangers have captured at least 42 suspects and moved them to unknown location for interrogation,” he said.
The raids came following murder of five people, including two media persons, in a sudden surge in gun-related violence in the city of 20 million during last couple of days.
