KARACHI: Pakistan’s ace batsman Younus Khan will be awarded a gold medal by Omar Associates for featuring in his 100th Test match during the Test series against Sri Lanka in Colombo.
The ceremony will be held at Hotel Movenpick on Wednesday at 6.00 p.m. Organizers announced on Tuesday.
Chief Executive Omar Associates, Nadeem Omar will present the award to Younus Khan for his outstanding contribution for the country.
Former Pakistan captain Younus Khan smashed a match winning unbeaten 171 to lead Pakistan to 2-1 Test series over Sri Lanka in third and final Test in Galle.
