ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Muhammad Nawaz Sharif felicitated the Pakistan cricket team on defeating the visiting Zimbabwean team in theT-20 series, played in Lahore.
He expressed the confidence that the team would continue its winning streak in the upcoming matches as well.
The Prime Minister said that Zimbabwe won the hearts of Pakistani people by playing an important role in reviving international cricket in Pakistan.
Meanwhile, Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Raheel Sharif telephoned T20 skipper Shahid Afridi and congratulated him for winning the series
