22 Afghan citizens among the arrested suspects.
Seventy-five suspects were arrested during search operation in different areas of Peshawar on Friday morning.
Those arrested also include twenty-two Afghan nationals for illegally staying in the province.
Arms and ammunition have been recovered from the suspects.
