ISLAMABAD – Mild tremors of earthquake were felt in Islamabad, Sawat and surrounding areas on Wednesday afternoon.
According to the Met Department, the magnitude of the quake was found to be 4.5 at the Richter Scale. The ecpicenter was some 169km deep in Hindukush region near Pak-Afghan border.
There were no reports of any loss to lives or properties in earthquake-related incidents.
