Gilgit to Skardu and Gilgit to Kashgar roads are closed for all type of traffic due to landsliding and mudflow.
The Skardu road was blocked near Shangus and Karakoram Highway is closed for traffic at Murtazaabad in Hunza.
Frontier Works Organization have started work for restoration of traffic.
The Gilgit Rawalpindi portion of Karakoram Highway was also closed at two points in Jijal and Looter in Kohistan since last night.
