So it’s finally here. After 32 days, 63 games in Russia, the World Cup final between France and Croatia takes place at the Luzhniki Stadium in Moscow.
France have won all their games within the 90 minutes except for a dull 0-0 draw with Denmark in their final group game, where they were already guaranteed as winners. They then went on to beat Argentina, Uruguay and Belgium to reach their first final since 2006.
Croatia on the other hand have had a far rockier road to the final since finishing Group D with a 100 per cent record. They were taken to penalties by Denmark and Russia before needing an extra-time winner to beat England.
