In occupied Kashmir, the Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Freedom Party (DFP) has strongly condemned the brutal killing of 10th class student Faizan Ahmed in the firing of Indian troops on protesters in Pulwama.
The DFP spokesman in a statement issued in Srinagar also paid rich tributes to Sajjad Ahmed Shah of Handwara who was also martyred by the troops during a siege and search operation in Pulwama.
He exhibited solidarity with the parents of Faizan Ahmed and said that the men in uniform had devastated the family by killing their innocent child. He said there can be no compensation to the innocent killings and only the affected families can feel the pain of brutalities of the Indian forces.
The spokesman said that cordon and search operations and night raids of police and other forces had made the lives of people miserable, adding that the men in uniform were not missing any chance to kill youth.
He said the trigger-happy Indian troops have become habitual of killing unarmed civilians. He said that the Kashmiri people would not forget the sacrifices of brave hearts like Sajjad Ahmed and would accomplish their mission at all costs.
